Target Duration: 24 months

Refugees, migrants/immigrants from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds in Italy.

Number of participants: 40-50

Impact

The Work4All program is unique in two ways. Not only, does it bring together existing, fragmented support services in an integrated, state-of-the-art  program through its holistic approach including soft landing (registration, documentation and orientation), language courses and skill formation (vocational and professional training). But also because of its job matching service which depends on the beneficiaries’ skill set and interests.  All of this to serve the program’s main objective: to secure paid work experiences (internship or junior position) at Milan-based companies for the beneficiaries.
